Identify root causes of weight loss challenges, inflammation, chronic pain, and more. Implement an individualized diet plan. Reduce discomfort from IBS and SIBO. Reverse Type II diabetes and nonalcoholic fatty liver. Improve symptoms of autoimmune disorders. Discover WHY.
Ask why.
A functional nutritionist doesn’t put a bandaid on your health issues, instead your RDN will analyze the combination of factors that influence your wellbeing — lifestyle, eating behaviors, food choices, environmental factors, among others. The confluence of these things might aggravate autoimmune problems, digestive disorders, hormone imbalances, weight gain or loss, ADHD symptoms and more.
When working with your virtual dietitian, you will receive the same attention as if you were sitting face-to-face. Your functional nutritionist will analyze excesses and deficiencies in your diet, food-related behaviors and attitudes, outside factors like stress, the environment, cultural, and social contexts, as well as your genetic makeup.
Understanding why you experience chronic pain or fatigue, have reached a weight plateau, are struggling with hormone imbalances and fertility, or simply lack energy is the first step toward developing a diet plan that will work for you. You will be an active part of any nutrition intervention. Together, with an online functional Dietitian from our team, we will develop a plan together.

Many use the terms ‘dietitian’ and ‘nutritionist’ interchangeably. Be aware that only a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) meets rigorous academic requirements with clinical training. To be called an RDN, you must have a degree from an accredited university. Our team of virtual dietitians must stay informed of guidelines set by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics to maintain their certification as well as provide our patients with expert online nutrition counseling.
