It’s time to feel better again.
Many of our patients often hear they’re exaggerating their symptoms; they need to learn to deal with their chronic pain and discomfort; there’s nothing to do. They suffer from migraines, IBS, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, and rheumatoid arthritis, among other chronic health problems, but what they feel is “all in their heads.” These health issues can significantly impact a person’s personal and professional life and lead to feelings of isolation.
By taking a Gut Zoomer and food sensitivity test Pinnertest, you can get to the root cause of your discomfort.
Your pain, discomfort, fatigue, and inflammation are very real, and oftentimes they are triggered by foods, chemicals, or additives. Fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, migraines, and IBS all have a direct tie to food sensitivities. Food sensitivities are incredibly difficult to identify. Unlike allergies (which have immediate symptoms), sensitivity symptoms might not appear until 48 – 72 hours after ingesting the reactive food. Moreover, avoidance isn’t easy. Most with food allergies simply have to cut one or two foods out of their diets. Those with sensitivities can have up to 20 foods, chemicals, or additives that might affect them, and this, too, can depend on the amount consumed.
Food sensitivity tests provide a baseline understanding of your body’s reactions to certain foods. While not foolproof, these tests, guided by advancements in testing methods, help identify sources of discomfort more accurately. Based on the results, your dietitian nutritionist can implement a dietary plan focusing on gut healing and restoring balance, contributing to overall well-being.

IDENTIFY TRIGGER FOODS & ADDITIVES:
FUNCTIONAL NUTRITION THERAPY WITH AN ONLINE RDN
BEGIN HEALING:
Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting an elimination diet to rule out any serious medical conditions causing your symptoms.
Once you receive your test results, your gut health dietitian will assist in crafting a tailored diet that eliminates trigger foods without causing hunger or nutrient deficiencies.
Follow the prescribed diet diligently and communicate with your RDN about your feelings. Stay mindful of your food choices, focusing on those you can include. If you experience any discomfort, consult with your doctor or RDN for follow-up guidance.
Many patients are surprised by the impact of food sensitivities on overall health. Conditions like psoriasis, Lupus, Crohn’s, and weight plateaus can be exacerbated by these sensitivities.
Identifying trigger foods is the first step toward wellness. However, it is strongly advised not to implement an elimination diet without the guidance of an expert dietitian.

Many use the terms ‘dietitian’ and ‘nutritionist’ interchangeably. Be aware that only a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) meets rigorous academic requirements with clinical training. To be called an RDN, you must have a degree from an accredited university. Our team of virtual dietitians must stay informed of guidelines set by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics to maintain their certification as well as provide our patients with expert online nutrition counseling.
